World Class Customer Service and CRM Search Engine

As part of our commitment to improve customer service, we've created a search engine that focuses exclusively on customer service articles, and resources, including CRM (customer relationships management). The idea is simple. We hand select the web sites that go into the search engine and weed out those that are irrelevant, spam traps, or offer only promotional materials for products and services. Our focus is on informational resources from quality sources.

Use is simple. As with any search engine, enter your keywords or phrases, and hit return or press the search button. Results will appear below. There are several "tabs" you can select to restrict your search further. You can search through free to read material, material that requires registration, articles and journal pieces that require a fee for reading (mostly research), freely reprintable articles (sometimes quality is low), or all together (default).
